Booking Policy

Enquire, then confirm

Our availability form sends a stay enquiry. It does not show live inventory, reserve dates, accept a payment or create an instant booking. Our team confirms availability, the applicable rate and guest arrangements directly with you.

Payment

The current payment model is Manual / Pay at Property. Payment is handled directly with GUDVELA as agreed for your stay. Booking confirmation is not proof of payment. Online payment and refund rules are not currently configured.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: 11:00 AM. Check-out: 9:00 AM. All stay times use Jaipur time (IST / Asia/Kolkata).

Cancellation requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled 11:00 AM check-in. Requests are reviewed by GUDVELA; submitting a request does not immediately cancel a booking.

Capacity and house rules

The Jaipur stay accommodates up to 4 guests. Please follow the House Rules, including occupancy, responsible use, safety and property care. Udaipur, Pushkar, Kota and Sikar are coming-soon destinations and are not currently bookable through this website.
