Cancellation Policy

When to request cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled 11:00 AM check-in. Requests are reviewed by GUDVELA; submitting a request does not immediately cancel a booking.

All deadlines use Jaipur time (IST / Asia/Kolkata). For example, for check-in at 11:00 AM on 25 September, please submit your cancellation request by 11:00 AM on 24 September.

Request review

Use the cancellation-request option in your guest booking details or contact GUDVELA for help. The existing admin review process applies. Contact our team about date changes or requests made within 24 hours of check-in.

Payment arrangements

The current payment model is Manual / Pay at Property. Online payment and refund rules are not currently configured. This policy does not promise a refund, full refund, partial refund or free cancellation. A website enquiry alone does not confirm a booking or create a cancellation charge.
