Stay enquiries

When you enquire, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, dates, guest count and any message you provide. We use these details to respond to your request and arrange your stay. Enquiries are stored privately in our website administration and a notification is sent to our team.

Optional updates

Newsletter signup is separate from a stay enquiry. If you tick the consent box, we save your email address, signup and update times, consent version, signup page and subscription status for future GUDVELA updates. Signup does not itself send a campaign or booking notification.

You can unsubscribe using the form on our homepage or contact us to withdraw consent. An unsubscribe request stops future updates; a limited suppression record may be kept so that your preference is respected.

Security and service providers

Our hosting and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries to our team. Security controls use short-lived rate-limit identifiers derived from network addresses. Server logs may also record technical request information. Subscriber records are not publicly displayed.

Opening WhatsApp takes you to an external service. Please review that service’s privacy information before sharing details there.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted information, or to ask about how it is used. We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable record-keeping needs; you may ask us to review continued retention.

We do not request payment card details through these forms. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text messages.
